Dr. Redmond has worked in clinical laboratory education and research for the last 20 years. She currently runs Nutrition Provisions a private practice that focuses on individualizing science research, and as a senior medical education and researcher for a functional medical laboratory. She holds degrees in nutrition and environmental science from Texas Christian University, a Masters of Medical Science (MMSc) from Emory University, and earned a Ph.D in Nutrition from the University of the Georgia. Much of her work has focused on gut health and applying metabolomics (the study of metabolites) in practice and the differences across species.
Also residing in Atlanta, Dr. Redmond enjoys spending time with her husband, three kids and two dogs Ollie and Linda. She also enjoys running and can never get enough of researching – it’s her passion.
