Refund and Returns Policy

This only applies to tests purchased on the IPL website. If you purchased your test through one of our partners, please contact them directly. 

Refunds:

• If you ordered a test, and it has not shipped, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
• If you have received your kit and it has been within 30 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund, minus a $10 handling fee.
• If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, you are not eligible for a refund.

Returns:

• We do not accept a returned kit. Please recycle any unused or unwanted kits.

Cancellations:

• You can cancel an order prior to shipment. Once a kit is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please see the refund policy for any questions or contact us via our form.
