Innovative Pet Lab gave me answers that I didn’t even know that I was looking for!!

My 5.5-year-old Alaskan Malamute, Yuki has always been a picky eater, often refusing meals entirely for no apparent reason.  She would burp, often, but otherwise seemed completely healthy.  She would, on occasion, have bile vomits, but it wasn’t often, maybe once a month.  She would go several months and not vomit, but it would happen on occasion.

I have had her since 10 weeks old, when I picked her up from her breeder and flew her home from Colorado with me. Her dam was on raw from 10 weeks old, and Yuki was weaned to raw, so she has never known anything different.  I am very picky about nutrition, so she has only ever eaten a variety of proteins in the highest quality raw that I can find single-ingredient treats, jerky, and whole foods. She has never been a food-driven dog, and it was not uncommon for her to not eat her meals.  She gave up her morning meal, on her own at about 2 years old, and she has always acted like she was doing me a favor by eating at all. She has always been lean, well muscled, has a gorgeous coat and skin, and her stools were compact and not foul-smelling.

Her vet visits have always been uneventful, even when bloodwork was done, so I just assumed that her pickiness with her food was more behavioral than physical.

So, I did the Comprehensive Review test, and she came back borderline low in Pancreatic Elastase. I read all about the results, and decided, immediately to put her on Pancreatic Enzymes.  SHE IS A BRAND NEW DOG!!!  She is hungry, begging for her meals, eating more quickly, loving her food for the first time in her life!!!!!

Thank you Innovative Pet Lab for giving me the answers that I didn’t know that I needed, and I am proud to offer your testing kits in my store!!!
